1. Resolved, That Mary Kaye Clouden is hereby appointed by the Board of Education to serve as an officer (District Treasurer) of the Frontier Central School District for the 2015-2016 school year, as per the attached agreement, effective on or about 11/18/15.
    
2. Resolved, that Louis Speranza is hereby appointed by the Board of Education to serve as Internal Auditor PT of the Frontier Central School District for the 2015-2016 school year, as per the attached agreement, effective on or about 11/4/15.
    
3. Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Board of Education accespts the resignation of Jason Iwankow, Physical Education: Blasdell/Pinehurst, as well as his resignation from all co-curricular/other appointed positions in the District, effective 12/1/15.  Further, the Superintendent is authorized to execute the Separation Agreement between the Frontier Central School District and Jason Iwankow, on behalf of the entire Board.
